Salzburg Airport to Kitzbühel €210 per car
Innsbruck Airport is the closest airport for most Tyrol ski resorts. It sits next to the city of Innsbruck, and the drive to many resorts takes only 1 to 1.5 hours.
Private fares are per vehicle, usually for up to 8 people:
A shared shuttle to Ischgl runs on set winter days, at about €60 per person. Other resorts are mostly served by private cars, minibuses and valley shuttles that you book in advance.
Bus line F runs to the city centre and main station in about 20 minutes, with an early service before 05:00. The airport publishes a list of taxi and transfer firms that you book directly.
Fares depend on vehicle size and luggage, so mention skis and snowboards when you book. If flights are full, Munich Airport is an alternative, but transfers are longer. Allow extra time on winter Saturdays, when most ski weeks begin and the roads into the valleys are at their busiest. Your driver will usually meet you in the arrivals hall with a name sign.
Published private fares are about €143–168 per vehicle.
