Manage your subscription
If your transfer company has a featured plan on intransfers.com (Starter, Growth or Annual), you can manage it yourself at any time through our secure billing portal, run by Stripe.
How to log in
- Click Open the billing portal above.
- Enter the email address you used when you paid.
- Stripe emails you a one-time login link – no password needed.
What you can do in the portal
- Update the card your subscription is charged to
- Download invoices and receipts for your accounting
- See your next renewal date
- Cancel your plan – your listing stays featured until the end of the period you have already paid for, then returns to a free listing
Changes to your listing
To change your company details, prices, photos or the locations your listing appears on, email us at office@intransfers.com with your company name. We usually update listings within one or two working days.
