These terms apply to your use of intransfers.com (the “site”). By using the site you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Who runs this site

The site is operated by RANTISI LTD, a company registered in Bulgaria.

2. What intransfers is – and is not

intransfers is an independent directory of airport transfer, taxi, chauffeur, minibus and coach companies in Europe. We help you find local operators and contact them directly.

  • We do not sell transfers or take bookings. Any booking is a contract between you and the transfer company. We are not a party to it.
  • We are not a travel agent or a tour operator, and we do not handle payments for transfers.
  • We do not control, employ or insure the companies listed, and a listing is not a recommendation or a guarantee of quality, safety or licensing.

Before you book, check the price, vehicle, licence, insurance and cancellation terms directly with the company.

3. Prices and information

Listings and destination guides are compiled from the companies’ own websites, public sources and information the companies send us. Prices are shown as a guide only (“from” or “about” prices) and can change at any time. Fares for public transport, taxi tariffs and airport rules also change.

We work hard to keep information accurate, but we cannot guarantee that every detail is complete, current or error-free. The company’s own confirmation always takes priority over what is shown on this site.

4. Featured and paid listings

Companies can pay for a featured position or other promotion. Paid placements are always labelled as Featured. Ranking of non-featured listings does not depend on payment.

5. Terms for listed companies

  • Free listings. We may list a transfer company using information from its public website. A free listing can be edited or removed at any time on request.
  • Accuracy. If you send us details or ask us to list your company, you confirm the information is true, that you are allowed to share it, and that you hold the licences and insurance required to carry passengers.
  • Logos and content. By submitting a listing you allow us to display your company name, logo, photos and description on the site and in related search results. We may edit text for length, clarity and search optimisation.
  • Paid plans. Prices, duration and features of paid plans are shown on our Advertise page or in a written offer. Prices are in euro and exclude VAT unless stated. Payments are processed securely by Stripe, and a VAT invoice is issued for every payment. Plans are paid in advance and renew automatically for the same period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time in the customer portal linked on our Advertise page or by emailing us; the listing then stays featured until the end of the period already paid. Unless agreed otherwise, a paid plan is not refundable once the listing has been published, but you can cancel renewal at any time.
  • No guaranteed results. We do not promise a number of visitors, enquiries or bookings.
  • Our right to refuse or remove. We may refuse, suspend or remove any listing (with a pro-rata refund of an unused paid period, unless the removal is due to a breach of these terms) if the information is false, the company is not licensed, there are repeated serious complaints, or the listing breaks the law.

6. Corrections and removal requests

If you see wrong information, or you are a company that wants its listing changed or removed, email office@intransfers.com with the page link. We normally act within 7 working days. Requests about personal data are handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Acceptable use

Please do not copy the directory in bulk, scrape the site automatically, try to break its security, send spam through our forms, or submit false or misleading listings.

8. Intellectual property

The site design, guides and the way the directory is compiled belong to RANTISI LTD. Company names, logos and trademarks belong to their owners and are shown only to identify the companies. You may link to any page of the site.

9. Links to other websites

Listings link to companies’ own websites, phone numbers and messaging apps. We are not responsible for their content, prices, privacy practices or services.

10. Liability

The site is provided free of charge to travellers and “as is”. To the extent allowed by law, RANTISI LTD is not liable for any loss arising from a transfer booked with a listed company, from reliance on prices or information on the site, or from the site being unavailable. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for intent or gross negligence, or your mandatory rights as a consumer.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Changes to paid plans do not affect a period you have already paid for.

12. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Bulgaria. Disputes are settled by the competent courts in Sofia, Bulgaria. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live and may bring a claim there.
