Bratislava taxis and private transfers
Bratislava is a short hop from two airports: its own Bratislava Airport and Vienna Airport across the Austrian border. Taxis and transfer firms here cover city rides, both airports and long trips to Austria, Hungary and Czechia.
Bratislava taxi prices
Phone-ordered radio taxis charge about €0.40–0.60 per km, with minimum fares of about €3–3.90. Some firms agree the price in advance, worked out by their dispatch system, so you know the cost before you ride. For the city’s own airport, a radio taxi costs about €8 and a pre-booked car about €15–40.
Bratislava to Vienna Airport: bus or car?
Buses to Vienna Airport leave Nivy Bus Station (floor −1, platform 7) and also stop at the main railway station. They run daily from 3 a.m., with fares from about €7.90, free Wi-Fi and two travel bags included. A private car costs more but picks you up at the door. Published prices run from about €45 to €75 for up to four people, or about €65–100 for a minibus. Some firms add Vienna Airport parking of about €3–6.
