Wrocław taxis and private transfers

Wrocław is the main city of south-west Poland. Taxis are handy for getting around, and coach and car firms run airport and long-distance transfers for families, groups and business travellers.

Wrocław taxi prices

Taxi fares in Wrocław are uniform across the city, as the City Council sets maximum per-km rates. A licensed cab has a roof sign, a Wrocław marking with a side number and its fares on the windscreen. One radio taxi firm charges PLN 5.40 for the seat and first km, then PLN 2.70 per km from 6:00 to 23:00, and accepts cards and pets. Premium sedans for airport runs within the city start at about PLN 280 net.

Wrocław group and long-distance transfers

Local coach firms publish prices for groups:

• Katowice Airport: about PLN 2,000 by 28-seat bus or PLN 2,800 by 50-seat coach
• Kraków Airport: about PLN 2,500 or PLN 3,500
• Warsaw airports: about PLN 3,800 or PLN 4,800
• Berlin Airport and Prague: on request
