Gdańsk taxis and private transfers

Gdańsk forms the Tri-City with Sopot and Gdynia on the Baltic coast. SKM trains link the three, while taxis and transfer firms cover late nights, luggage, day trips and long drives.

Gdańsk and Sopot taxi prices

Gdańsk has no city fare cap, so each firm publishes its own tariff. One long-running Tri-City firm charges PLN 9 to start plus PLN 3.90 per km by day and PLN 5.85 at night, on Sundays and on holidays in Gdańsk and Sopot. Trips to Gdynia and outside Gdańsk cost PLN 7.80 or PLN 11.70 per km, and buses for 5–8 people cost 1.5 times the car fare. Check the tariff before you set off.
