Hourly chauffeur and business travel
For meetings and conferences you can hire a car and driver by the hour or for a full day. Several Zagreb companies work with embassies, corporate clients and event organisers, and can issue invoices from a Croatian company.
Day trips from Zagreb
Popular private day trips are Plitvice Lakes National Park (about 2 hours each way), Varaždin and Trakošćan Castle, Samobor and the Zagorje hills. A private driver lets you visit Plitvice early in the morning before the tour buses arrive.
Transfers to Slovenia, Austria and Hungary
Zagreb is close to several borders. Private transfers run to Ljubljana and Lake Bled (about 2–2.5 hours), Vienna (about 4 hours) and Budapest (about 3.5 hours). Within Croatia, long rides go to Rijeka, Istria, Zadar, Split and Dubrovnik.
