Getting from Bodrum Airport
Milas-Bodrum Airport (BJV) is not in Bodrum itself but about 35 km north-east, near Milas. The drive to Bodrum centre takes about 40 minutes, and resorts at the far end of the peninsula take longer:
- Torba: about 30 minutes
- Bodrum centre, Gümbet and Bitez: about 40–45 minutes
- Türkbükü and Gündoğan: about 45–50 minutes
- Yalıkavak and Turgutreis: about 1 hour
Havaş airport buses run to Bodrum bus station, but most visitors book a private transfer to their hotel or villa.
