Transfers in Seville
Seville is a short drive from its airport. Options include official taxis, the airport bus, adapted taxis for wheelchair users and premium chauffeur cars.
Seville Airport to the city
The airport is about 10 km east of the centre. Taxis charge a fixed airport rate, not the meter. The 2026 tariff sheet from a large local taxi cooperative lists about €26 (tariff 4) and €29 (tariff 5). The higher rate applies on weekday nights, weekends, holidays, Holy Week and the April Fair. The Airport Express bus takes about 40 minutes to Plaza de Armas, via Santa Justa station.
Seville taxi fares
- City meter: from about €1.70 plus about €1.16 per km
- Departures from Santa Justa station: about €3.70 supplement
- Taxis booked by phone to the airport: the meter to your pickup point is added
Chauffeurs and long trips
Premium chauffeur companies offer Mercedes S-Class and V-Class cars for weddings, congresses and cruise passengers. For longer routes, published fares include about €250 from Málaga Airport and about €300 from Granada.
Taxis in Seville take card payments, and adapted Eurotaxis can be booked for wheelchair users. Premium chauffeurs track flights in real time and wait with a name sign, with delays at no extra cost. Book ahead during Holy Week and the April Fair, when demand and airport fares are highest.
Heading west to the coast? Several firms drive from Seville to the Algarve, including Lagos and Vilamoura.
