Alicante–Elche Airport is about 12 km from Alicante city. It is the main gateway to the Costa Blanca, and transfer firms run cars, vans and minibuses to resorts along the coast.

Alicante Airport to Alicante city

• Bus C-6: about €4.70, bought on board, every day of the year
• Taxi: about €30 to the centre

Bring exact change for the bus if you can. Radio taxis can also be booked from two days to 30 minutes ahead.

Alicante Airport to Benidorm

The airport bus to Benidorm runs about once an hour, takes about 45 minutes and costs about €9.80. A private car starts at about €65 per vehicle with one company, which also lists no night or weekend supplement.
