Getting from Rhodes Airport
Rhodes Airport (RHO), Diagoras, is on the west coast near Paradisi, about 14 km from Rhodes Town. The most popular resorts, Faliraki, Kolymbia and Lindos, are on the east coast. Public buses run to Rhodes Town, but most visitors book a taxi or transfer straight to the hotel.

Rhodes transfer companies
Taxi Rhodes Airport has operated since 2010 from Kolymbia, with meet & greet at gate 7 and an hour of free waiting. For families and groups, Easy Rhodes Transfer runs a family-run VIP Mercedes minibus for up to 11 with Wi-Fi and drinks.
Rhodes Airport to Lindos
Lindos is about 52 km from the airport, roughly 50–60 minutes by car. It is the most-booked route on the island in summer, so reserve ahead.
Taxi, bus or private transfer in Rhodes?
Official taxis wait outside arrivals, but queues can be long when several charter flights land together on summer weekends. Public buses from the airport mainly serve Rhodes Town, so travellers heading to the east coast usually need to change. A pre-booked private transfer is the simplest choice for families, groups and late arrivals, because the price is agreed in advance and the driver waits for you even if your flight is delayed.
Rhodes Town and the Old Town
The medieval Old Town of Rhodes is largely closed to traffic. Tell your transfer company the name of your hotel and the nearest gate, so the driver can drop you as close as possible and help with luggage over the cobbles.
