Brussels taxi and transfers
Brussels is the capital of Belgium and its rail gateway to Paris and London. Taxis follow fares set by the Brussels Region, and transfer firms publish fixed prices to both airports.
Brussels taxi fares
Street-hail and rank taxis charge about €2.60 to start, €2.30 per km and €0.60 per started minute, with a €2 night supplement from 22:00 to 06:00 and an €8 minimum. Booked rides, including app cars, have a lower minimum tariff, capped at 200% of it. Fares include VAT, service and tip. The Collecto shared night taxi runs from STIB stops between 23:00 and 06:00 for about €6 per person. Larger taxi centrals also offer vans for up to eight and adapted PMR taxis for wheelchair users. Booked ceremony taxis cost about €90 excluding VAT for the first three hours.
