About City Transfer Cluj
City Transfer is a chauffeur company based right at Cluj Avram Iancu International Airport (CLJ). It runs airport transfers, corporate transport and long-distance trips from Cluj-Napoca with a fleet of about 12 cars and vans and 8 drivers.
Cluj Airport transfers
Airport transfers start from about €30 per car. The driver follows your flight, meets you in arrivals and waits for up to 45 minutes free of charge, so a late plane or a long baggage queue does not cost extra. Child seats are available on request, water is on board and prices are fixed before you travel.
Business travel in Cluj-Napoca
Cluj is Romania’s biggest IT hub, and City Transfer works with companies such as IBM, Endava and Emerson. It also carries airline crews between the airport and their hotels. Companies can get invoices, and drivers speak English.
Intercity and cross-border trips
The cars, Skoda Superb and Octavia sedans and Mercedes Vito vans, also drive to other Romanian cities and abroad to Budapest, Vienna, Bratislava and Chișinău. This is handy if you want to fly into a different airport or need a door-to-door transfer for a group.
