Mercedes VIP transfers from Tirana Airport since 2017
Tirana minibus & coach hire, 8 to 50 seats
Kotor is a UNESCO-listed walled town at the end of the Bay of Kotor. Its old town, fortress walls and cruise port make it one of the most visited places in Montenegro.
Cruise ships anchor or dock right next to the old town. Local taxis and transfer companies offer short tours to Perast, Lovćen and Budva, and transfers to the airports for passengers starting or ending a cruise.
Fixed prices from Kotor to Dubrovnik range from about €150 with a local taxi to €170–220 with private transfer companies. The Debeli Brijeg border can be slow in summer, so leave plenty of time if you have a flight.
Popular fixed-price trips are Lovćen National Park and Njeguši (about €90), Cetinje (about €140), Perast and Our Lady of the Rocks, Sveti Stefan and Skadar Lake.
Cars cannot enter Kotor’s old town; drivers drop you at the Sea Gate or nearby car parks.
Kotor is also reachable by private transfer from Shkodër and Tirana Airport in Albania, and from Mostar in Bosnia.
About €50 for a private car. The drive takes 15–20 minutes.
From about €150 with a local taxi to €170–220 with private transfer companies.
Tivat Airport, only about 8 km away.
