Transfers to Kolašin
Kolašin is a mountain town in northern Montenegro and home to the Kolašin 1450 and Kolašin 1600 ski areas in the Bjelasica mountains. In summer it is a base for hiking, rafting and Biogradska Gora National Park.
Podgorica Airport to Kolašin
The closest airport is Podgorica Airport (TGD), about 80 km away. The drive takes around 1.5 hours through the Morača canyon. Private transfers cost from about €50 with some companies to about €80 in a standard car, more for minivans.
From the coast
From Budva and Tivat Airport the drive to Kolašin is about 2.5–3 hours. The new motorway section from Podgorica shortens part of the trip.
Winter driving
The road climbs to about 1,000 m and can be snowy from December to March. Choose a company with winter tyres and drivers who know the mountain roads, and allow extra time for your return flight.
Taxi in Kolašin
Kolašin has a few local taxis with short numbers, useful for rides between the town and the ski lifts. For airport runs, a pre-booked fixed price from a Podgorica company is usually the safest option.
