Palermo Falcone Borsellino Airport (PMO) is about 35 km west of the city centre. You can choose a taxi, the airport bus, the train or a pre-booked private car.

- Taxi to the centre: about €45–50 fixed, 35–50 minutes
- Airport bus: about €6.50 single or €11 return, every 30 minutes all year
- The bus takes about 50 minutes to Stazione Centrale, stopping at Via Libertà, Politeama and Via Roma
- Trinacria Express train: about €6.50–6.80, every 30 minutes, 30–50 minutes
Palermo Airport to Mondello
A direct summer shuttle runs between the airport and Mondello from 15 June to 31 October 2026. This is handy if you are staying near the beach.
