Wheelchair-accessible taxis in Birmingham
All TOA vehicles are purpose-built taxis with wheelchair ramps. Drivers are trained to fit the wheelchair restraints. There is also an intermediate step, a swivel seat, contrasting grab handles and an induction loop for hearing aid users.
